Under the hood there will be a dipstick marked for transmission. You need to check the fluid level while the engine is running. If you need to add fluid, you use a funnel and pour the fluid in through dipstick tube.

Have the Ford dealer run a test of the BCM (body control module), the wipers are COMPUTER controlled through a relay under the hood. Also remove the relay and swap it with another in the same fuse and relay center that has the same number printed on it. By the way there is no such thing as a dealership fuse so a little confused by what you mean..

Diagnostic scan results were DTCs C1095 (Pump motor circuit failure) and B1676 (Low voltage. Battery out of range). What repairs are necessary?

The year, make, model, and description of the issue that you're having would be really helpful. Dtc' don't tell you what repairs are needed, they just give you an indication of where the problem may be. The low battery voltage code can most likely be disregarded. The pump motor circuit failure code indicates that there is a problem with the electrical on the pump motor either on the air ride system or the abs system. You need to trouble shoot the wiring to the pump motor. Make sure you have power and ground.

1999 mercury marquis, engine light was on for awhile, got up next morning the car cranks over no start,no engine light on

Disconnect battery for about 5-10 minutes then see if your code has cleared. If you have access to a code reader that would be your best bet.

My Blower will work with the Key on but Quit when the engine is started? The temperature display also starts displaying odd readings.

Could be in the ignition switch. I'd try jiggling the key around and see if things change

Grinding noise from rear of 1999 Grand Marquis

doubt it very much the only gears in action are the axle spider ( spur gears ) and they turn very slowly on turns pinion and crown wheel, noise are growls and whines depending if accelerating or costing and makes no difference if turning or straight ahead That should save you $ $1500.00 for a diff center that costs only $450.00 indicates wheel bearings or brake pads ( linings ) worn out and the callipers rubbing on the rotor ( drum) I would be checking at the wheels and wheel bearings for the problem
