Can you please provide some details of the issue?:
- What exactly are you trying to view?
- What page are you trying to see/print/view?..
- What exactly do you mean by 'loosing the top of my page'?
- Can you attach a screenshot of what you get?
Thanks...

Stitch too tight on top, too loose on bottom

This is a problem with thread tension. The needle thread is too tight and the bobbin thread is too loose. I don't have one of these machines, but there should be either screws or knobs to adjust. Look at your manual. Here's a page I found on bobbin tension.

Washing machine motor not turning when loaded but turning when empty, and it's getting hot.

Inspect the rotor position sensor for loose or frayed wires. The washer tub and motor are all suspended on 4 rods. See page 59
More about the rotor position sensor is on page 57 of your service manual.

Sir I am owning a Janome Memory Craft 10001 but recently it's not working properly in ordinary sewing mode the top side of the fabric the stitch looks okay but underneath it is loose and while embroidering...

Usually If the underneath is loose it is the top tension that is the problem. If it is the top stitching that is loose it is the bottom tension. Hope this helps.

The scanner only scan one side fully

If the bottom is vertically split, then there could be some problem in the hardware (bottom scanning module) Check for loose contacts. If it is cut horizontally, it must be definitely loose contat problem.

Belt too loose

Are you sure you have the belt routed correctly? You can verify by going to repairclinic.com and clicking on the "Repair Help" link at the top of the page. On the following page is a link entitled "Dryer Belt Diagrams" under the "Special Features" section. You will need to view diagram E for Maytag. NOTE: There is a tension spring on your idler. Make sure the tension spring has not come loose or fallen off. I hope this helps you. If you have questions, please let me know.

Why does the scanner hesitate when feeding the paper through the scanner and gives a scanned double image at the top of the page?

Is there a gear grinding noise associated with this? If so, call your local dealer for service. If not:Clean all the rollers you can reach with a cloth dampened with alcohol. Check for any obstructions in the paper path like torn paper, heavy toner buildup on guide plates or the edges of the scanning glass, or any paper guides obviously loose or out of place.
