2) A screen should appear with it showing a visualization picture and showing the tracks (songs). If it doesn't appear, go to the dashboard scroll across to the Multimedia section and go to Music.
3) Up the top of the screen it says options like "Burn and Rip". Choose "Rip" and it'll copy the songs from the disk onto the 360. Give it time to finish.
4) And it should say your done. And it's saved onto your 360.
To listen while playing; When you are in the game, press the xbox guide button (the X button in the middle of the controller that has the green light) and wait till that screen pops up on the side of the screen. Then Scroll down to where it says (I think it says Music) but you'll see the "Pause, Play and Skip etc... music buttons, and choose "Select Music" and then it'll expand and take you to the music library (In your hardrive) And just choose the song. And it'll take you back to the gamer tag picture, like before, and press the Xbox guide button and you're back to your game - while the song plays throughout.
And it wont take you away from your game. Hope I helped ? Playstation 3ok, you can put music from a cd onto a ps3. heres how. put the cd you want into the ps3 then go to music then go to audio cd. instead of x to view the tracks hit triangle and select copy. the ps3 can take songs from a cd and put it on the hard drive
you can take songs from the computer and put it on a ps3, heres how.
first, you need a flash drive (if ur not tech savvy, its a lil usb thing that holds information. make sure its a decent size ( 1gb would be best but more or less is ok). then go to my computer on the computer and you should see removable disk. click that. now drag and drop all the songs you want to move to your ps3. once ur done, take the flash drive out and put it in the ps3. go to music and select usb device, however hit triangle and hit display all and it will show you all the music files. hit triangle again and select copy multiple and get all the songs you want from the flash drive
and yes, you can download songs from the internet of a ps3, heres how
heres some of the sites i use mp3realm.org yourmp3.net emp3world.com find a song you like and click the song link. when you do, hover over the link and hit triangle then go to file and select save target. certain files cant be downloaded because keep in mind that it needs to be an.mp3 file for it to be directly downloaded and ready to use (and since you cant rename files on a ps3, you can always download it to a flash drive and change the file name on the pc and then put it back on the ps3)
The software that comes with your player uses an online database from "Gracenote" (link below)to name the tracks. When you copy from a CD the software recognises the disk & looks up the database to find the track info, if you are not connected to the internet or your firewall software is blocking the request it will not be able to retrieve the track info & will just name the tracks "track 1" etc. You can rename the track yourself in the program by highlighting the track in the PC software and pressing the right mouse button & choose "property" this opens a window where you can edit the track title but not the file name. You can update the tracks you already have by connecting to the internet then highlight & right click as before but now choose "get track info", the software will connect & retrieve the track info and ask if you want to change it. There is a problem with language CD's as they will often not be in the database and you will need to name them yourself. There are many helpful programs available (some free) to rename the tracks (technically known as ID3 tags). Search on the web for "mp3 tag software".

Follow these steps : 1.
Burn CDs. The easiest way to put music on your Xbox 360 is to rip CDs from your own collection. Simply insert your favorite CD in you Xbox 360 and then pull up the secondary menu with the Xbox logo button. Then select "Rip CD" from the menu to transfer the tracks from the CD to your Xbox hard drive. 2.
Sync your computer with your Xbox 360. If you have Windows XP Media Edition or Windows Vista (any edition) and a wireless connection your computer will be able to detect your Xbox 360 and can share media with it. Simply find the "Windows Media Extension" tool on your PC and follow the prompts to stream video to your Xbox 360.
The Sony NWZ-S616F (4 GB) sometimes plays the musical tracks out of sequence. To check if the tracks are being played correctly, press the down arrow key ↓ at any time until the name of the book or music is selected. Then press the ► button and the tracks will show up. If they are in wrong order, select track 1 and press ►.
I'm not totally familiar with that Boss Digital Audio Workstation but it sounds like what you want to do is record both the music and vocal track at the same time. If that's the case I believe you can push both "Line" and "Mic" input buttons (perhaps not exactly named as such) at the same time to record both simultaneously. Otherwise I would suggest copying the music to it's own stereo track (or two individual tracks, each panned opposite from one another to maintain stereo) and then record your vocal track separately. That way you can record several takes and edit down the best parts to one final track.
I hope that helps.
Sounds like you may have loaded DRM protected tracks.
Using My Computer or Windows Explorer, go to a folder containing tracks you have loaded on to the SA6045.
Click on the Views icon, and select details.
Right-click on on of the headings which have just appeared (Name, Size, etc.) and click the tick box to select protected.
Any files which show "Yes" under the protected heading will not play on the SA6045.
If you have ripped the tracks using Media Player, you can turn off the protection when ripping. In Windows Media Player, click on tools -----> options.
Click the Rip Music or CD Ripping tab, and remove the tick next to "Copy Protect Music". Any further files will be created without the DRM protection.
You have to have your computer hooked up to an active internet connection for iTunes to be able to check the track names and info. You can manually tell it to look up info on tracks you've already imported. Use the "Get CD Tracks" menu option under the Advanced menu item.
Play Recordable CDs Containing MP3/WMA Audio Files
To play recordable CDs containing MP3 and/or WMA audio files:
Press the eject button on the Xbox 360 console (or select Open Tray from any area of the Xbox Dashboard) to open the disc tray.
Place a data CD-R or CD-RW containing MP3 and/or WMA media on the
disc tray with the label facing up (to the right if the console is
vertical).
Press the eject button (or select Close Tray from any area of the Xbox Dashboard) to close the disc tray.
Go to the Media area of the Xbox Dashboard. Select Music, Current Disc.
To play all tracks on the CD, select either Play All or Add to Current Playlist.
If you have an existing playlist open, Add to Current Playlist will
append all tracks on your current CD to that playlist. Selecting Play
All will clear a current playlist and create a new one consisting of
all the files on the current CD. (Be sure to save your playlist, if
desired, prior to selecting the Play All option.) Files are added to a
playlist in alphabetical order by file name. Playlists start again from
the beginning once the final track has played.
Licenses are required when you are using subscription music (i.e. - Rhapsody monthly). They need to be updated every 30 days. Just reconnect your device to the service and it will update automatically.
If you are not using these services and you have transferred music from your own cd's. The default settings for Windows Media Player are "copy protect my music" which would give you this same error.
If this is the case, you need to change the setting in Windows Media Player. Tools>Options>Rip Music "Uncheck copy protect my music". You may also want to change the rip tracks as setting to MP3.
Then you would need to re-rip the tracks as unprotected, then transfer the files to the device. Make sure you remove the original files, as they will still cause you problems.
Best of Luck.
