Unit runs, but acts like the drive is disconnected inside so it no longer vibrates. I can hear it run, but no motion. Can's see how to disassemble the unit to check it out. Anyone have any experience with this?

There are three or four small white plugs along one side of the body of the massager as well as a large round one at the articulated elbow. Get under these with a sharp knife, pop them out, and there are your screws. Remove the screws and pry the two halves of the body apart carefully to make sure the components stay in the general seating arrangement. That should get you started on the road to discovering what has failed...probably a counterweight has come unfastened from the motor shaft. While your in there, disconnect the overcharged, dead battery, and connect the leads to the charger wire and now you can just plug it in the wall and go go go.
I heated up a Phillips screwdriver a little and pressed it in to the plugs waited a minute. And pulled out the plugs just an idea thought I would share there you go bamm
