You cannot change or upgrade your HD to SSD. SSD is a technology in which storage medium is not a disk but a Memory chip just like USb flash drive.
However you can exchange your driver with SSD

why not upgrade to SSD?
for amazing performance no matter what, its just price ,size issue, a vast sea of SATA drive exist and work.

you do know that means the OS dead right ,stuffing in any new empty drive?
unless the old HDD is good and you clone it to say any SSD (if the OS infected,or corrupted then this cloning is doomed)

you need to dismantle the laptop and remove/replace the BIOS battery. This will reset the bios and provide normal functionality.
If you are not sure about doing this, take it to a pc place (NOT pcworld!) and have them do it for you.

reset or remove the HDD password whether the password failure is caused by human

I presume that this message comes up when you first turn the laptop on. In that case the Hard Drive has been lock with a password. The is no way to remove this with either knowing the password or sending the laptop to a specialist who can remove the password for you.
Yes, just get one the same size (typically 2.5") and interface (IDE or SATA).
FYI: It is important to note that SSD is typically faster than an HD but they use more power so will reduce the battery life in a notebook. I upgraded my notebook to a 7200 RPM HD which is much faster than the original 5400 RPM HD without sacraficing battery life to SDD.
