Suddenly making loud static noise - Uniden Cordless Phone

if it is too loud it will make static and make a weird noise in the speaker my arlarm clock(very old) does that but when i turn it down it stops the static and the noise.

I GUESS that the speakers are driven by an after market amplifier. An amplifier needs to be connected to a power source that is only on when the radio is on, through a relay.

So I GUESS that:

1. The wiring is incorrect. Or
2. If is has a relay, the relay is stuck.

Hi, what do you mean by static noise. Is your station unclear. Does this only happen on the cable coax connection or is it a loud noise. If its a loud noise then its your colorwheel if its an unclear station or channel then more then likely its your main input board. Please let me know if that helps any.

if your speakers are near to some electronic devices you'll get theses static noises try to keep them away from electronic devices which solves it very easily..

The audio may be randomly disconnecting or something. I know that when my TV has no signal coming in, that it makes a bunch of loud static.

Power supply has a DC fault, be sure to get serviced before it becomes a bigger problem....

Take the back off and try to isolate where the sound is coming from.
