Red flashing light still on even after replacing p4014n catridge

I wont think so that there is no toner level sensing in 12a catridge, messaige might be catridge missing or incert catridge.. remove back door see down right side sensor which sensing the catridge presence, check sensor flag dislocate/spring dislocate/broken correct it, if sensor is dusty clean it... Remove the cart ridges, restart printer, does the lights still flash? restart printer, place cartridges back in, make sure the tape is removed from the cartridge. also you can try cleaning the contacts.

So after you have connected the carts again, restart printer. how is it?

Hello, maybe it is not placed well. you have to check on the catridge that is bought, to know if the catridge is well doing on the printer.

WHILE THE HEAD IS MOVING SWITCH OF THE POWER SUPPLY THE HEAD WILL STOP IN MIDDLE SO U CAN PUSH AND ACESS THE INK CATRIDGE

you must check the catridge posision, commonly the catridge not in normally posision, and you can cleanning the catridge track.

If the red lights are flashing simultaneously, it means that there is something blocking the printhead from moving. check if all inks are installed properly and the ink carriage cover is closed tight. If both red lights are flashing alternately,it means that the waste ink pad is full and needs to be replaced. This part is not user replaceable so you need to take in the printer for service.

this is your catridge fault please replace it.

hello! the ink indicator is showing because the catrigde sensors could be coated by some dirt or ink . try cleaning the catridges slot with soft material .then put it on

make sure that you are using genuine epson ink cartridges, reseat the ink carts, same thing happens its already a hardware issue

I have the same proble, except that the red light keeps flashing and nothing happens...
