SOURCE: I live Honolulu Hawaii. When wifi connects a page comes up...Guest Access Belkin login. What is the password?

Check the bottom of the Belkin router. There have to be a number (IP Address) beginning with 191 (probably 192.168.2.1)
Connect the router with a lan cable to the computer, open a browser and type the IP Address. A new window should pop up asking for a user name and a password. There are different types of user name and password for different routers, but most use admin as both. If it doesn't work, let me know in the comment section. After logging in to the router, search different tabs with in the router. If WPS is enable, disable it. Under wireless, security, search for passphrase or password, that must be the one you are looking for. If it doesn't work, then just reset the router completely as from factory, this way you will be able to use it without any problem. Good luck.

Why does the belkin guest access page appear? Have had PC for over 2 years and last week this page started to appear for the first time.

There is an option in your router to disable that option. You have to get into the settings for the router you have. Typically you can open up a web browser and type 192.168.2.1 and it should give you a log in window. If you have not set an admin password for the router just leave it blank and hit ok. Look on the left column to find "guest access". Click on that and you will see the option to click disable.

Hope this helps

How can I remove my neighbor from my network

Easiest thing to do, Change the password to your router. Once this is done, it will prevent your neighbor from any further access to your router and of course prevent internet access. Most all routers are simply a local web address for access. Example: 192.168.1.1 typed inside a browser address pane will take you inside the router. Check your router for setup procedures.

Have a great night..

Nothing wrong with your motherboard. The Guest Account was created by your operating system. Go to your Control Panel, then User Accounts, setup a Guest Account.

Gmail login as guest, not owner

To get to your preferred gmail account, you have to sign out of the one you don't want.

1. When you are in gmail, click on the "account" icon in the top right corner.
2. Click on "Sign Out".
3. On the "Sign Out" page, click on "Sign in with a different account".
4. Here you should be able to access the gmail account you prefer, as well as delete ones that you don't want.

Hope this helps.

The Box claims there is a Guest Access. I find no reference or settings within the Router Set up for this activity. How do I set up Guest Access?

Hi Norman,
For guest access:
You can allow guests to use your Internet connection without joining your personal network.
.
The network name and password for the guest network is located on the network information card found under the foot of your Router
.
A person using your guest network will be able to join without a password, but will be shown a login page when they attempt to surf the Web..
They will need to enter the guest password into this page to continue.
Hope this helps!
Please Rate if it did!
Thanks,

Where is the WEP/WPA code on a Netgear router

The WEP / WPA security information can be obtained by accessing your Netgear router setup page. You'll need the router's IP address to access the setup page. From your computer, go to Start > Run > type "cmd" (w/o the quotes), hit Enter > DOS black screen appears, type "ipconfig" (w/o the quotes), hit Enter. Take note of the Default Gateway IP address - that is your router's IP address.
Pull up a browser and enter the IP address in the address bar, hit Enter. You will then be asked for your router's Username and Password, enter the required information. If you don't know the info, please contact your router manufacturer for assistance. Once you're in the router setup page, go to the wireless security settings to check the WEP or WPA code.
Should you still need further assistance on this matter, please contact your router manufacturer.
I hope this helps.

Accessing the Setup Page: Open a Web Browser (either Internet Explorer or Netscape). Type the IP Address of the device into the Address Bar and press [Enter]. 1. The User Name and Password Prompt will appear. 2. Leave the User Name Field blank. 3. Type in the Router?s Password, admin, (the default Password). 4. Click OK or press the [Enter] key. If the device was reset to factory settings, the password of admin should be valid and the Setup page should load. If not, repeat steps to reset the device.
