Check the bottom of the Belkin router. There have to be a number (IP Address) beginning with 191 (probably 192.168.2.1)
Connect the router with a lan cable to the computer, open a browser and type the IP Address. A new window should pop up asking for a user name and a password. There are different types of user name and password for different routers, but most use admin as both. If it doesn't work, let me know in the comment section. After logging in to the router, search different tabs with in the router. If WPS is enable, disable it. Under wireless, security, search for passphrase or password, that must be the one you are looking for. If it doesn't work, then just reset the router completely as from factory, this way you will be able to use it without any problem. Good luck.
