SOURCE: phase 90 dead no led no nothing

One needs to consider the history of the unit. Could someone have used a reversed power adapter? If so they probably blew those diodes.

Input power protection diodes are often in the 1N4004 family.

Do not change any diodes without knowing the type. There may be Zeners as part of the effect shaping.

Check the power getting to the Op amps... pin 8 and 4 are the power pins, 8 being positive. Don't get fooled as sometimes the circuitry has the positive as signal ground.

ONLY SHOTGUN a device as last resort.

SOURCE: Where can I get a schematic of the circuit board

Just a hint to troubleshoot: Connect a 100 Watt light bulb in series with the hot side of the power line into the amp. Make a cord with a light socket and a receptacle to plug the amp into. This acts as a resetable fuse and will send enough current through the amp to not fry stuff, but enough to do troubleshooting.

SOURCE: Can someone tell me the value of D1 on the

This is a normal signal diode and used a signal shaper or for blocking. Ideally you can use a univerrsal signal diode- IN4148 would be good enough.
You have not mentioned the fault of the set and how tthis diode had been damaged but if there is any more please respond.
You will get to buy this from any spare shop or maybe if you have any old electronic boards around , it can be salvaged , but not rectifier diodes please
Hope you find my advice helpful Good day .

SOURCE: PRESS THE KEYS..NO NOISE..KEYBOARD FROM '

The diodes are disconnect diodes for the scanning matrix. It is unlikely they are bad. There is no mechanism between the silicone cups and the keys. I hope you cleaned the rubber pills AND the circuit traces they contact with ONLY 99% isoprophyl alcohol as contact cleaners such as DeOxit and Blue shower destroy the conductive rubber pills. Use ONLY 99% isoprophyl alcohol and QTips to clean both the pills and the circuit traces. Note: the contacts do NOT go to zero ohms as they gate electronic signals and they can be 1K ohms or so and still work. There are two contacts per key to implement key velocity measurement.

Where can I download the schematic diagram of zed 22fx?

all resistors are banded with different colors and each band has a specific value
band colors range from black , purple, orange yellow dark green blue red grey and white and color diagrams and values can be found on the net or from shops like Jaycar
however if you want a schematic diagram if you go google and type in schematic diagram for zed 22fx you may be lucky enough to find a pdf version down load
if such a diagram is unavailable unsolder yours and take it to the shop and have it identified and they will have spares for sale

Need schematic for Boss BR 600 digital recorder. My power input has failed. need value and direction of diode to replace Q47 chip.

To be sure you need a schematic. You can actually take a look at it to see if is labeled or check polarity with a meter.

Behringer 1320D monitor sudden death

I am sorry but the only repairs of behringer stuff has to be by them. This manufacture has most part numbers custom design so that the technicians can't look up the specs to get accurate value replacements. I have never found a behringer part number in any cross reference I have seen yet.

Behringer pmp 3000 power supply got burnt, where can i purchase the power supply.

That , as far as I know, can only be bought through Behringer. They will probably NOT sell it to you or help you. THEY want you to buy a new one. This is one of those companies that has most of their semiconductors marked and labeled with odd numbers of their own so a technician will have no clue what values they are or where to get them. Behringer is the one main brand of equipment I have never been able to get ANY parts for other than colored resistors or diodes, some caps, switches and lights. Finding a schematic is easier done than to actually find replacement parts. Sorry, wish I could help more while being as honest as possible.

10w 22rj wire wound resistor

When thosse resistors (precharrging of main input filters) burn up there is major damage. The IGBT's are usually gone... replace with APT28GA60BD15... the switching regulator IR2153 is gone... one or more of the 2SA1020-Y and the 2SC2655-Y gate drivers are gone. One or both of the DL4148 speedup diodes for the IGBT gate drives will be gone. The Wirewound ceramic resistors either 10 or 22 ohm 10 watt radials... Use:
http://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Ohmite/TWW10J20RE/?qs=GcOFt9%2fAxQHny%252b35G6iehQ%3d%3d
This is 20 ohms, however Behringer uses from 10 to 22 ohms in these units... 20 works fine as does 10 ohms. If you have toruble getting schematic let me know.

Hi, I have just bought a casio CT-670 keyboard ( very old I know). It was not working when I bought it. I have taken the back off and all looks well except for the power wires. They are attached to DC 9V...

This service manual should be close to your unit... it is a CRK671:

http://elektrotanya.com/casio_ctk671_sm.pdf/download.html

Scroll down to "get manual" and click on it to download. IGNORE other download links.
Power input schematic is on page 10, lower right corner. They appear to "or" in the batteries with the adapter if adapter is used. Look for the diodes and also the bifilar power inout filter.

I have the old 3520 200w SS head. It is blowing the fuse as soon as I power up. No one around here (south of Dallas, TX) know anything about this amp. I am using the Marshall 1553 cab w/ one 15"...

Here is a link to your schematic:

http://elektrotanya.com/marshall_bass_200w_3520.pdf/download.html

Scroll way down and click on "Get Manual" link. They will only let you download two a day unless you are registered.

Suggestion is to troubleshoot and repair the unit.

You will likely find one of the following:

Shorted transistors in output TR5 through TR10

Shorted rectifier diode(s)

Shorted fillter capacitor

Shorted power transformer (not very likely)

Sir, while ago i sent a message to you regarding my 1202-vlz3 mixer (mackie) i to know how much the secondary voltage supply ?? thanks and god bless

The schematics don't show this, however reverse engineering this there are two windings... one is for the phantom power of 48 VDC... this winding needs to provide about 55 to 60 volts DC to the 48 volt regulator. EXPECT around 40 to 50 volts AC on this winding to the full wave bridge of D1,2,3,8.

The +/- 16 volt power regulated by LM317 and LM337 regulators will likely require about 20 volts DC into the regulators. It will be less than 25 volts because there is a 25 volt cap filtering.

Given a 20 volt DC from the diodes D5,6 and diodes D4,7 the transformer will be around 15 VAC either side of the centertap.

A minimum would be 12.5 VAC and say 18 VAC either side of center.

You should see near pure DC across C1 and C2 with only a little ripple of 2 volts MAX. The ripple should be 120 Hz. An oscilloscope is your friend in this area !!!

Hi im in Argentina and i accidentally pluged in my amp without an adapter now it doesnt work what needs to be fixd?

The power supply is blown. Argentina is 220V I believe. I have never seen a power supply schematic for this however being that it is low power it is a linear supply not switching. Either the rectifier diodes are blown out or possibly the output capacitors are blow due to approx double voltage. If you try this yourself be careful otherwise get a new amp. Good Luck
