How do i change the battery in my fender strat?
In short, you don't! There is no battery in the Fender Strat.
If you are not getting output, you have a failure. FIRST check the cable by using a different cable.
There is internal wiring and the pickups, switches and volume/tone controls that can fail, however the jack is always the first suspect.
Fender Jazz Bass E string saddle vibrates down
Hi Mike,
If the sound is like a string vibrating against something, ensure that is not strings (usually G) vibrating against the bridge.
Ensure that the two screw on the saddle are well in place.
Ensure also that the vibration is not coming from a string vibrating against the frets, in that case you can fix the problem by adjusting the action and rectifying the bow of the neck.
In either case, if the sadde and neck bow are cause of vibration, try tweaking the saddles a little, and lowering the position of the saddle a bit downward. Try also to rectify the neck. turning the apposite screw.
Im not sure if my
Most likely an impedance mis-match between the guitar and console.
The simple solution would be to use a DI box in between, preferably an active one, which has the option of some switch-able attenuation.
How to remove the noise hazing of fender stratocaster
I don't know what "hoss" is...
I would probably put some shrink fit tubing over the springs... Another thing I have seen done is to stuff the insides of the springs with felt material to dampen noise.
The noise MIGHT also be worsened right at the loop ends of the springs. Put a tiny bit of lube where the spring loop attaches. Use a light silicone grease like "plumbers grease".
I hv purchased fender made in mexico with serial
Serial number starting with M indicates a Mexi Fender, if thats what you mean. It is a real Fender, it is just made in a plant in Mexico for much cheaper, and sold for much cheaper. I've played some Mexican Fenders that played better than American, and generally they are all decent, but most of the time people would rather have the American versions.
How to adjust the neck on a fender jazz bass
depending on the model you will see a place for an allen wrench. it will be either on the end of the neck half way under the body, or most likely at the headstock just under the fret board. Find the correct size allen wrench and turn it about a 1/4 turn at a time. im not sure why your looking to adjust your neck so i cant really say what to look for.
Will not stay in tune
Check for a problem with the neck or the truss rod. Look for anything loose or cracks and especially at the joint between the neck and the body.
Old or bad strings are the first thing to check of course. Use the right tension strings as they come in different weights. Use the recommended ones.
How to operate an acoustic fender electric guitar Fishman tuner
If it's the same as mine, the tuner has a little clothespin clip. You clip that on to your guitar's headstock and turn it around till you can see the screen while picking strings. The tuner picks up vibrations through the headstock and with it's microphone and it tells you what it hears. The little needle tells you the note and if the string you're plucking is below that note, above that note or right on. You have to figure out if you're in the right octave on your own.

How can i control 2 different fender hot rod deluxe 3's drive channels with just 1 footswitch? Thank you in advance
You could buy a Lehle switch, or simply use one on each separately. If you are using a multieffect unit you could make a Y cable to take the output to both amps but that will not allow you to select the drive channel - you still need the Fender footswitch for that, one for each amp. Lehle is a German company and they make a lot of different footswitch combinations but you will pay for the convenience.
I recommend the Fender single button footswitch for this use - Type: Footswitch
Number of Footswitch Buttons: 1
Manufacturer Part Number: 0994052000
It's about $35.00 each, compared to the Lehle which starts at $200. Just put the two side by side and make a metal bar to attach to the two switches - then you have a single bar to activate both drive channels at the same time. I recommend using aluminum bar stock with holes drilled into it for the switches, or find a C channel aluminum bar that will put the footswitch buttons in the channel. You can also make it one inch overhang past both switch bodies and then use bolts to keep the bar in place. If I was doing this I would mount the footswitches on a board and secure the bar to be on top of the footswitches, using coil springs to maintain the bar's alignment vertically at the end bolts.

Get inside it and check the connections to the plug especially any shielding / braiding. Resolder the connections.
