I am getting a Jam code j-7107. although there is no paper jam

i m using canon ir3300 , showing paper jam at left side , but i checked there is no any paper, although there is showing jam. what to do.

Shoulg you not find any of these mentioned error codes, I suggest you contact the tech support especially if the machine is still under warranty.

Verify the paper exit actuator and sensors.

Hi. The error message shown as paper jam cleared a) not fully b) not carefully and there is any paper fragment or a whole page remained yet. The sensors are perceive the paper in the paper way, so there are any dirty thing or paper fragment. Read again the user manual, section of paper jam carefully and try to clear out again.

Usually there is a little piece jambed somewhere..also look for over pushed sensors.

If you did not get ALL the jammed sheet out, there is still a small piece of paper in there somewhere, probably covering a sensor or micro switch. Get a torch and look carefully. If you don't find anything you may need to disassemble the printer to find it.

This error can be caused by many reasons, some of them are:

Caused by Paper Stuck Under the Second Transfer Roll

Sporadic or Intermittent 200 Paper Jams

"200 Paper Jam" Resulting from a Possibly Damaged Tray

"200 paper jam" When Attempting to Print from Tray 2

Open ALL paper jam locations on the machine. The jam code only means the paper jam is somewhere BEYOND the paper drawer. Check ALL jam locations including duplexer, bypass, and ALL paper drawers.

hi im jules_09.have you reassemble the fuser correctly?check again the inside of the machine for small pieces of paper its just there the machine wont flash the misfed if there is nothing stock in the machine.although sometimes the drum can cause the misfed,try to full out the drum.it cant be stock just see if the drum is rotating try to rotate it 360 then slowly full it out,also check if there are srews where the drum process unit is at
