you do not need to replace the whole burner base you need to replace de ignitor

you dont need a wiring diagram, the part should be a direct replacement.. wire for wire..

For most cooktops no tools are needed they simply lift out... at the most there are a couple of clips underneath that need to be loosened with a screw driver...

The control you're wiggling (infinite switch)needs replacement. Model# and the position of the dual element (right or left, rear or front) is needed to get the part number.

I have a thermador 45 cooktop with all the parts. Do you want to by the whole unit for $50.00.
