Does pro-tools 5.2.1 work on vista? - Compaq Audio card Sound Card

The easiest way to do this is by usb. You will need to download the 6.2 palm desktop/hotsync manager (yes, it says it will not work with your prism... I know.) Then you'll need to download pimlico's palmhotsyncsetup tool, that will allow it to work.

Go to AVG's homepage and look for a removal tool. Uninstall the software and download Microsoft Security Essentials...It's free and perpetual. You may also consider upgrading to Win 7 or downgrading to XP. Vista is the reason many folks are back to XP and Microsoft's reason for creating Win 7.

You may need to check to see which "service pack" you are currently on.

We do recommend that you backup your system and create a restore point before updating to SP1, should you encounter any problems after installing the update.

r u using 64-bit because vista 64-bit wont allow drivers that are not whql certified to install...

have a look at the web address:

Just connect the minicam to your vista pc. Sometimes vista automatically loads the drivers for the device connected to it. Wait 5 minutes, then try using the camera.

If it does not work, you need to download drivers for the minicam and load the drivers manually.

It is not recommended because everything that is Vista Compatable, isn't XP compatable. However, if you are sure that you want to remove Vista, look up UBCD and download it to an ISO. Then enable boot from CDROM first. Within that CD will give you options of removing an operating system what-so-ever by the use of A Hard Disk "WIPING"(formatting) tool. Good Luck
