F1 through F10 fault codes are runaway temperature codes.
If this error code is shown while the oven is in day time mode, the Electronic Oven Control (EOC) would need to be replaced. Otherwise it may be the oven temperature sensor or Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD sensor).
Sounds like you will need to contact an appliance repair technician in your area to test each to isolate the problem.

sun, first test is to power the unit down. Find the pair of breakers which are generally 40 or more amperes. Turn them both off and back on. If this doesn't fix it, you will probably need a circuit board.

all solutions on the F1 show to replace the EOC control.
SOURCE: we have a f10 error code on our electric range
F10 is thermal runaway. The RTD is most likely bad. Open the oven door and look in the upper corners you will see a little metal rod protruding from the back of the oven, this is the RTD or resistive temperature device. A local parts store should have these.

Usually answered in minutes!
This happened about 10 minutes into an oven cleaning cycle.
After being "unplugged" overnight, the oven works for ordinary baking - apparently the high cleaning cycle heat caused the problem? Anyhow, yes, we decided to call a repair service. The EOC was replaced about 55 weeks ago!
