absolutely , if you bought the supplies on line , they sent you the wrong ones, I had the same thing happen to me, Look at the tube of toner at the end away from the handle,theres a small 1/2 x 1/2 circuit board thats what tells the copier what kind of toner it is. On the metered copies it runs out at 15,000 copies color, you have to put the exact toner to get it to reset . return your new toner and tell the guy its not chipped right,.
