Need indicator rings for 3 controls on U640959 Jacuzzi bathtub. These are flat rings 1.5" ID, 2" OD. The two for the air have 5 circles. Also need the on-off ring.

Good luck Scott Jones...

I've been looking for some specifics on Jacuzzi (seacrest) faucets... for a couple of years...

Since before Jacuzzi moved out of the EAST-BAY area (here) they had pretty good stuff.

I have their "washerless" ceramic faucets..
Through trial & error I've been able to keep these working...

No thanks to the so called "Jacuzzi" (moved out of CALIFORNIA).

Not only were they not helpful when I told them I didn't want their NEW STUFF...

I only wanted to service what I've had for 30 years
(controls sound like what you have)

Try calling these folks... At least they know what JACUZZI used to mean... GOOD STUFF:

Jacuzzi of El Cerrito ... (510-) 527-5547
5327 Jacuzzi St Ste 2c,
Richmond, CA 94804

Toll FREE... Call 888-738-5523

Hope this helps.

We can't get it to work. It has worked previously but we don't have a manual and don't know what we are doing wrong. Is there a switch somewhere we need to flick? What is the little hatch with a picture...

If you have a low voltage on and off switch that has gotten water into the switch, even very small amounts of moisture will cause havoc with the micro switches, remove the switch, remove the plug out of the back of the switch and blow dry the switch, reinstall the switch and use sealant.

The controll panel says flo2 and cool and wont turn on or heat up

Sorry for post before ment to hit the clarification. However, did some checking in general and the FLO2 display says this:

"Closed or shortened flow switch on system startup (system disabled). Flow switch in non-functional. This must only be repaired by a dealer or by a qualified service organization."

I hope this helps. Thanks for using FIXYA, good luck. Jeff

Overheating problem

It sounds like the problem is in the main control box. Since the tub shuts down after reaching 110 degrees, the high temp sensor is doing its job. This sounds like a job for a qualified professional. Do get a price for the service call as they are usually expensive. Circuit boards start at 200.00 and go up.

Air in my jacuzzi pool pump

It sounds like air is entering the system through the clear dome (filter access) on the pump. Check the o-ring directly underneath the clear plastic dome. CAUTION: Be sure to isolate the pool from the pump via in-line shutoffs prior to loosening the dome lid. Sometime cleaning the o-ring and coating it with petroleum jelly helps the unit seal better.

Jacuzzi tub on/off bezel wont hold switch down

I couldn't find the information you are asking for in the installation manual. I have included a link to the pdf page so you can print it out and look at it in print. On this particular question, I think I would give Jacuzzi a call. They can better answer you question without guessing.

Jacuzzi undermount sink

Your sink is clearly made to be undermounted. No trim ring available. With all of the choices now available for sinks and faucets I would recommend that the jacuzzi sink be removed and that you select a new sink and faucet set to your liking. good luck.

No access panel and need to reconnect the vacuum hose

The trip lever is an over flow for the tub to prevent you from over filling the tub capasity and flooding your home.
