Hi, Please attempt to start the jacuzzi without any water and see if it functions. Then you can fill the jacuzzi up to 1/4th with water and check if it continues to run. If so, continue to one half full. Hello, Several things can cause this problem- if you post a picture of the inside of the tank so we can have a good look at how the fill/stop mechanism operates that would be great.
