How can i stop the daily reports of faxes from my bizhub c550

From mfc mode 1,7,1 (xmit report)or from fax 7,1 is right but then you need to arrow across from off to on or on+image to enable report printing not just on error, then set

Try altering the maximum nuber of rings until it relays the no answer message.

I am not sure exactly where that is.

ALso, you could try turing on the phone line volume so you can listen to what is heppening.

Set the Gateway TX to "Allow"

1. Press the Utility/Counter button.
2. Touch Admin Management
3. Enter Password (The default password is 12345678)
4. Touch Admin2
5. Touch Network Settings
6. Touch Network Settings1
7. Touch Scanner Settings
8. Touch Gateway TX
9. Set Gateway TX to Allow

Fax confirmation

Go to Admin Management Default pw 12345678 or 0000000 then to Admin 1, Then to Report settings TX Report 3 options on always for every fax out, off, and only if problem with fax.

How can I print a fax confirmation on a specific outgoing fax

Checking a report for the transmission result (?TX Report? function) A report containing the transmission results can be printed. The machine can be set to either print or not print the transmission report or to print it according to the machine setting or only when a transmission fails. To print the transmission report 1 Press the [Fax/Scan] key to display the Fax mode screen. 2 Touch [FAX Menu]. 3 Touch [TX Report] on the Set 1 tab. 4 Select how to output the report, and then touch [Enter]. ? Default: The transmission report is printed according to the previously specified method. For details, refer to ?Specifying report output settings (Report Settings)? on page 10-48. ? ON: The transmission report is printed with each transmission. ? If TX Fails: The transmission report is printed only if the fax could not be sent. ? OFF: The transmission report is not printed, regardless of the transmission result.

How do I stop daily reports from printing? How do I change the default tray for fax reports?

To program a default paper tray to print fax reports, perform the following:
1. Select Utility/Counter.
2. Select User Setting.
3. Select System Setting
4. Select Paper Tray Setting.
5. Select Print Lists
6. Select the paper tray for the fax reports to print from.
7. Press OK.
8. Press Exit on the lower left side of the display to return to the copier screen.

to set the activity report to not print daily
1 touch the utility button
2 touch administrator settings and enter the password 12345678
3 press fax setting
4 press report settings
5 select activity report and change to off
6 press close then exit

Print Fax Confirmation

The Bizhub C250 accepts the FK-502 Fax Expansion card like most other Konica Minolta Products so this data is relevant for many models. Below are the step to enable fax confirmation pages:

Press the fax button.
Press the Utility/Counter button.
Touch Administrator Setings.
Enter password (12345678) or (00000000) are the defaults.
Touch OK
Touch Report Settings.
Touch TX Report Settings.
Set TX Report to ON.
Close, OK, and/or Exit all the way out.
