How do I unlock my voicemail in the call pilot

Your phone is call forwarded to the voicemail pilot when busy or not answered, so just cancel the call forwarding. NEC uses these phones on several different systems so I don't know what your code is.

Your unanswered calls go to voicemail if your phone is set to call-forward-busy-no-answer. If that got cancelled by mistake, then your phone will ring until they hang up or you answer. These phones work on a bunch of NEC systems, so I don't know what your cfbna code is. On the Pro II, the Elite, and the IPK, the code is 43 plus voicemail pilot number, if your codes are at default.

Sounds like the voicemail system is locked up and needs to be powered down and powered back up.

You can unplug this unit for about 15 seconds, then plug it back in...
It will take about 5 minutes for the Call Pilot to re-boot, then you can dial FEATURE 9 8 3 to ensure that it has come back up.

You will need your system administrator to change the call reroute assignment of your phone, or you have call forwarding active to a location the system can not route a call to. Either scenario your phone administrator can resolve quite easily.

from each phone hit speaker dial 42 than the voicemail pilot number. could be 200 depends on system programmer. your busy forward no answer is not setup.

Usually technicians setup the pilot number to voicemails as extension 555 or 850. If you dial one of these extension and voicemail picks up press *. Your user ID will be your extension and your password should be your extension plus 997. Once in voicemail follow voice driven menu.

put an "H" after the extension in the voicemail, i.e. 200H, you have to put in your #656 #657 codes into the phones to integrate the voicemail. #656 91, ext of voicemail pilot, hold #657 92, ext of voicemail pilot, speed dial button (program one on the phone if it doesnt already have it), enter the number of seconds before the phone should forward to voicemail, i generally do 16, hold. that should fix that!

From that phone dial voicemail pilot number. It will login to that exts. voicemail if not it doesn't have a voicemail box.
