Main motor has failed to reach revolution within specified time- in other words - something is siezed solid and is preventing the machine from turning over into normal warm up operation-
suggest if you have recently replaced a toner cartridge/ fuser/ Image transfer belt then remove the new item and cycle the power without the unit installed. if tour machine warms up then complains about no cartridge then you have confirmation of the new unit being faulty-
if you are using 3rd party toners/ fusers then that could also be your problem. 3rd Party toners do NOT save money rather they will incur repair costs as they are not correctly prepared for re-use.

SOURCE: HP Laser Jet 1320 Printer installation SPAM BELOW AT 1*800*532*4187
Just downloading the PCL5 driver was not enough for my computer. Maybe it is enough for other users' computers. But in addition to downloading the drivers, i had to also download and install the "HP Laserjet 1320 plug and play print driver solution" at the bottom of the driver list. Save the file to your desktop, double-click it and follow instructions to install, then reboot. Then when I checked my printer list, the HP Laserjet 1320 was there. I printed a test page, and now i am good to go. Hope this helps.
SOURCE: HP Color laser jet 4700n 49.3048 service error
The problem is usually caused by printing a PDF file with fonts/page size/ page formating errors which will cause the printer to display the 49.3048 error. The only way to use the printer is to POR or recycle the power and delete the print job from the server or spooling device and cancel it on the printer before the offending command is issued to the printer again. You can try updating the firmware to the latest version 46.140.5 from the HP website. MIke L.
