Enter service mode go to adjust, select correct machine 23/21/19 pages per! some one chg this setting one part of the machine thinks it one speed the other a different speed
Go to service mode, Adjustment then Model adjust. Service mode is Utility then stop 00 stop01. your machine has its internal speed set to incorrect value. 20 18 and 16 are the speeds of the machine depending where you are located Europe Asia or US change it to clear the code
Never seen this code before and I have 27 years of experience on Minolta copiers.
