Hello. Your model dryer has a service flash on the lower door strike/catch concerning not staying closed or not closing properly. If the door is allowed to open too much, the door switch will not be closed and the dryer won't run. The part number for the new kit is 279570 and it includes 2 door strikes and several catches. You choose the ones you need. However, if the door *is* closing properly, you can put the unit in diagnostic mode(door closed, all indicators off) by pressing/holding any button *except* stop for 2 seconds, then releasing, press/hold 2 sec, release, press/hold 2 seconds, release-- all the indicator lights will light for 5 seconds, and an 8 88 will be shown in the display. If there are *no* active fault codes, the indicators will momentarily turn off and then stay on with the 8 88 displayed. If there is an active fault code, it will be flashing in the display. (ex. would be an "F" and "xx" where "xx" would be a number.) If you press the same button you originally pressed once, then again, then again, the most recent code will be displayed, then the next, and so on up to 4 stored codes. To turn off diagnostic mode, just press stop. I hope this helps you!

Is the door stuck in the open position?

Seems that your heater has failed. Check continuity of the element, wiring to the element and test the voltage from the controller panel board .

Similar problem here - pump was set for a 58 minute normal cycle, I look in and see it is now showing 67. Hmm. Attempt to shut it off because it is just sitting there pumping and pumping. Power shuts off but pump keeps running and add garment light flashing red. Cannot open door (to add garment or not) Unplug the unit and the door will not open. Anybody got a clue what's up? I have a wash in, service is closed due to a storm today. Just bugs me that it is 6 months old and seems to act up a fair bit electronically.

this has just happened to my Bosch, means the base pan is leaking water...I've had 4 problems with mine in the past and WILL NOT BUY BOSCH AGAIN, poor customer service too.

F23 that it indicates a leak into the base of the appliance.

You'll need to unplug the appliance and take the rear cover off.

Check for a spillage and if there is an anti flood device in the base, ensure it's reset/working or replace it.
