now we know its not the lost power cable and is in fact the lost USB cable out of the original box from hp.

and external HDD, it is right? no , DVD special DRIVE,
it has 2 cables (data and power)
it came new with a power pack and 2 cables
new in the box.
1 with your funny uSB +1 pin for tc4200 pen tablets
2 usb for normal PC you lost.
1 power pack. 5v 3amps

that extra pin below is for only old tc4200 pen tablets
not for your PC, so if the normal, A-B cable is missing
the buy that.

the bottom is clearly marked, 5vdc 3.0amps, 15 watts or more.
it uses some very strange custom foxconn usb cable.

if it has power adaptor working and plugged in.
the std AB USB cable works.

then you buy optical cable or USB data cable

If you have bluetooth on your computer then you can connect this way, if not go buy one from your local retailer and pair it up with your computer, there should be an option in the PC Suite for your Shine to connect by bluetooth failing this get on Ebay and buy a cable for a couple of quid

if you know what kind of connector the player has you can just buy the cable. Most likely mini usb. If you can't tell for yourself you may want to contact craig and once you know the proper connection you can purchase the appropriate cable.

any electronics store,Radio Shack,Best Buy, Circuit City... they should have a good selection, if you got a best buy - its more recommended they have Whole selection on Home theater systems.

Try to reset the router to his default configuration by pressing the reset bottom of the router for 15 second. try to connect using the router connection

buy another camra copy the sofwere cd an then return tha camra

Download free application WINDV (Small Windows utility for DV FireWire digital video input/output ).
buy and connect a firewire cable between camcorder (DV output ) and a firewire input in your pc, if you not hasn't got one, buy it. you can buy a card with this kind of inputs.
Connect and run application, play camcorder, and record to your pc, your video.
