What size micro memory card does the JVC Everio GZ MG360 take

The GZ-MG360 takes microSD cards. Make sure you get a microSD card, not a microSDHC card. While a microSDHC card will fit into the slot, it is electronically incompatible and will not work. microSD cards go up to 2GB in size, microSDHC cards start at 4GB and go up.

Can I use a usb cable to charge my jvc everio

As long as you have a USB port and there is 4 AA or AAA batteries then you should be able to. USB is 5 volts DC and 4 batteries are 1.2 volts each and 4 equal 4.8 volts DC.

How to recover deleted files from JVC everio

You may try this camcorder recovery tool named asoftech data recovery which helped me before. You can download trial for freehttp://www.asoftech.com/adr/Please be noted that your camcorder memory should show as a drive letter in your explorer, if not, you need to take out your memory card and connect using a card reader, or plug-in to card reader slot if there's any on your computer.

Can I recover files that

YES. You have chance to get those deleted files back provided not overwritten.
First things first: DO NOT take any more videos or pictures with the camcorder(memory card) that you want to recover files from in case you may quite possibly ruin the chances.

Then take the memory card or hard drive out of your cam, and connect it to your computer as it should appear as a "Removable Drive" or put the card in a card reader attached to your PC.

Then install this software Wondershare Photo Recovery (recover videos and audio files too) on your computer. Then start to scan and see if your deleted files can be got back. Get the program from:

For Windows Version
For Mac version

Remember - Do NOT try & write anything back to your camcoder(card or disk) until you can recover your files safely!
I hope you good luck!

Problem with the zoom

Hi,
I understand what kind of problem in camcorder and if its in front of me, I will take it apart and reset zoom lens in lens mechanism as zoom lens got stuck for some reason and does not move accordingly with zoom position.
If you are handy with electronics stuff repair and can open this camcorder with care then check lens drive motor as it rotates long shaft to move zoom lens inward-outward, basically lens mechanism has 2 moving lenses inside and one is stuck and needs to be release to move freely.
Local camera repair shop will help you if you feel uncomfortable working in this camera.
Thanks.

I need mac software for my jvc everio gz-mg360bu

There is a chance that you will be able to get back some or all of your digital videos from your JVC camcorder based on your Macintosh.

First things first: DO NOT take any more videos with the memory card or stick that you want to recover videos from in case you may quite possibly ruin your chances of video recovery.

Quick Internet searches will reveal a tremendous number of Mac recovery programs. Here are some for your reference(there is no freeware I suppose)

Data Recovery (from Mac Update)

Caution - Do NOT try & write anything back to the memory card of stick until you can recover your videos safely!
