I got a hp 530 with vista business from my school when i finished and i want adminstrator control bt cant find out how. and also it did its update and went to windows xp service pack 3. any help getting past the admin controls or how to wipe it clean and start fresh
If it is your computer your login should be enough for the admin - if not login as the admin which will be your login id. If you are a user on this computer than you need the owner to login and this will resolve your problem. Since you got this from your school chances are they never wiped clean the system and you should do so if you are the new owner of the computer. The owner manual you should have with this computer will give you the steps you need in order to wip it clean and reset to manufacutor settings.
