You will have to go to your local computer shop and buy the Windows install disk. Newest version is the Windows 7.

It means that your laptop is not configured to read your 3200. You must install a software driver in your
laptop to read your 3200 to make them compatible.

down load bittorent then after go to a site called mininova and find computer soft ware and download whatever you want for your computer

You will need to download the drivers off the averatec 3200 website and then install them. I checked and its a .exe file which means it should be very simple. If you have no internet on the laptop you will need to download them to a flash drive or burn to cd via another computer.

The clock speed on the 5300 is higher however when installed with a 3200 the 5300 will "clock down" to the 3200 speed.  They are both compatible in this situation.

Try having the problem devices turned on and plugged into the USB port(s) and then start or restart your PC.

This should cause Windows to recognize them and install drivers if available from its library.

It may also ask for an installation disk if it cannot identify the device.
