Go to the Start menu and select Control Panel
In the search box, type in "update."
Click on the link to turn automatic updating on or off.

1. Go to Start button > All Programs > Windows Update.
2. In the left pane, click Change settings.
3. Select Install updates automatically.
4. Under Recommended updates, select the Include recommended updates when downloading, installing, or notifying me about updates check box, and then click OK.
5. Make sure you click Check for updates to make sure your computer has the latest updates installed. You might need to shut down and restart you machine after the updates are applied.

How to Unlock Windows Vista Password?

I would like to introduce "Windows Login Recovery". It not only supports XP, 2000, and NT, I have personally tested it with Vista Home Premium and Ultimate. It works perfectly to reset any local user account to a blank password. I Wrote it to an old 128mb USB flash drive to recover windows password. Booting up and clearing a password takes a minute or two works like a charm. You can download it from http://www.windowsloginrecovery.com

only administrator account has the priviledge to restore a system and it 's the password which you assigned for administrator that the restore wizard is asking.

As you can't remember or lost the password, you need to reset the password.

Download this softwware called "Elcomsoft System Recovery Professional"

It can easily reset you password or even let you know your forgotten password within a minute.

Here is the download link

Just type the security alphabets and click download.

It's a rar file, you need winrar to extract it.
and the password for that file is  : www.fullandfree.info

Extract the ISO image and burn it a CD.
Boot the system using that CD (Set your BIOS to boot from CD-ROM).
you can easily recovered the password or reset it.
