C-6000 error dear sir i have problem with my kyocera "mita" (printer) model : 1635 problem is "c-6000" error what should i do ?

C-6000 is a fixing film error you can reset this throught he maintence mode if you will give me the exact model on the macine i can tellyou how to reset it

    Broken fuser heater wire The temperature does not become 100C/212F even if 30 s pass before secondary stabilization. When there is no 1C/1.8F rise in 5 s before secondary stabilization.

This is a problem with the fixing unit, the unit that melts and fuses the toner to the paper. either the thermal fuse has blown or the heating lamp has blown. I would suggest to get a technician to find out which. You'll also need to have a technician to reset the error code, which can only be done from the service mode
