I wan't the drivers but don't know the model name or serial numbers

Please tell me how to install a KINSTONE web camera ( model or serial is unknown).

    Without Model number, *should be on bottom of camera feet*, I can't give you an address for downloading the drivers if you don't have the disk...if you have the disk, follow those instructions.

Hi..u shud be probalble having the driver cd then just download and connect ur webcam..or eitherwise ul hav to find the serial no..once u find it use this link to get ur driver

enter your camera serial or name and check to see if there is a Windows 7 driver. In my experience any web cams over 2 years old are not compatable.

1st You download Webcam Driver. Kensington Webcam Driver After this install the webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
  • Go to the control panel
  • Click on the System Icon
  • Click on the Hardware Tab
  • Click on the Device Manager then
  • Select the Unknown Device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
  • Right click on it and uninstall it.
  • After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
  • Driver installation Wizard start.
  • Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
  • Driver will be install.
