Can I get a service manual for my dryer-Model #DLE487OW-what is the web site?

Sears has the best parts and repair website around (even for non-sears items).
Go to the Sears Parts website (link below) and enter the dryer model. It will bring up a visual schematic of everything.
You won't find a repair manual for any specific model - that's something only the service techs get (or understand since it really is technical), but a dryer is pretty simple.
The schematic on the web site will let you see how it goes together and some apart, and as you take it apart you'll simply need to look for parts that look burned or damaged, and take it from there.

Call LG people before you call the service man.
Really, you have no heat. Check out the heating circuit...heater, t/stats; vent. etc. Something is sensing that the filter is blocked when it is not....check air flow.
I doubt the board is a problem at this point.

Manual
You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make model number) washer service manual' and you may be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount.
You could also try the manufacturer's web site direct but often it will supply only to registered agents.

Also, as far as I am aware, parts and schematic diagrams are usually reserved by the manufacturers for their service engineers. It's worth going on to the manufacturers web site to see, though.

If you were to log on to the manufacturer's web site, I think you will be pleasantly surprised as usually one is able to download, by model number, Customer Instruction Manuals, as required.

Just Google the manufacturer's name and follow the links. Make certain you are directed to the manufacturer's web site as some search engines direct you to other sites and they charge for the information that is normally free of charge.

Double check your model number on your dryer. I think you may be reading a stock number as opposed to a model number. The tag for the actual model number should be located just inside the door (on the opening not the door).

depends what name brand. got to their web site when you find out what name brand, punch in model # and it should come up at manufactures web site. hope this hels. if ita a wpl try servicematters.com. hope this helps.

Try Googling " user manual for Maytag Ensignia MDE4658AYW ". You may have to go to the Maytag web site and ask for manual. Sometimes I've had to ask for repair manual instead of user manual. Good luck.

do a search on googles for your model (include the word manual) and Ill bet many will come up. Most of the time you can get a operation manual at the company web site..

Hello Russell999 try going to www.bosch-ed.com this is the Spain Bosch web site. There you will find a link for spare parts. This will take you to the quick finder site. The instructional manuals are there for down loading in a PDF format. You will need the complete model number to find this manual. If this doesn't work try the British web site
