Give some more information, like have you installed any operating system before, or made changes with operating system, which operating system this come with?
Testimonial: "I did not make any changes. The laptop is a Dell inspiron 14 7000 with windows 8 which i received today. After starting it up and going trough the start up i rebooted. And now i have the problem described above."
SOURCE: i get the error code 2000-0146 only when i run the f12 diagnostic
The 2000-0146 error code indicates a read/write failure of the hard drive. There is at least 1 sector that is failing on the drive. While it is working at the moment, the drive is failing and will over time degrade and eventually fail completely. Backup any important data, then replace the drive.

Hi
It seems that the Hard Disk is disconnected from it's connectors
It needs to be fixed and installed correctly.
To do that, there are screws in the back, remove them and disconnect the hard disk, and reconnect, fix it correctly.
If it's difficult to you, go to technician to do that.
Please, Tell us your results.
Good Luck
