The duration of the rinsing cycle is equal to the amount of water you have in the water tank. I don't believe they tell you this anywhere in the manual! I own a Titanium SS and it rinsed and rinsed and rinsed the first time I performed it! I figured out it will just keep going until the water tank sensor tells the machine it is out of water which is equal to saying to it: "Thanks for using all the water i wanted you to use to rinse, now you're finished." It takes a LONG time if you fill the tank. If you keep filling the tank, it will just KEEP going. Be patient, let the tank run out of water and this will trigger the end of teh cycle. Hope this helps, Tony.
Wops. Sounds like the motherboard on the machine is broken. Had the same problem with my machine and had to replace.

My Titanium keeps going into rinse cycle by itself and when it does, the buttons are frozen. Eventually after running something like 4 full tanks of water through the machine it goes back to normal. I had guessed the motherboard is fried but after sending off to be repaired, the tech could not get the problem to happen. Soon as I get it back (3 months without my machine and having to use a drip coffee maker! but that is another story) my Titanium immediately goes into rinse mode. I called a different repair place and the tech there thinks the mother board is bad. I do not want to be with out my machine for another 3 months. Any advice?
