I get the following error message: Lift output tray up, verify nthe photo tray is pushed in until it stops, lower output tray.
The output tray IS pushed in as far as it will go but I cannot get rid of the error message and cannot print. Any suggestions?
When nothing worked, I reexamined the trays, and there is a small plastic hook about half an inch long under the left side of the D7460 output tray. The tray below had a small hole. So I clicked the two together, and the printer started printing. Probably like many of you I had elevated the output tray as the printer spews onto the floor. Apparently it needs this connection. So much time lost....
