We have amana fridge that doesn't work. fan works, but won't come on external fan and compressor work as well. apparently quit work after being moved to different area. checked the internal fan by plugging it in and it ran.
Not sure of the description of the fault. If you are saying that the internal fan will not run but that you have put a power supply to it and it has run, it could be a number of possibilities...
You described moving the cabinet. It is highly possible that a pipe or part of the refrigeration system has been damaged in the move and caused a loss of gas. If you remove the back panel to expose the evaporator (cold coil), and turn the system on, after 5 to 10 mins you should see a frost build up over the whole of the coil.
If you dont then you probably have a leak. Result call a fridge guy. Leaks can vary in cost and is entirely dependent on where the leak is located and how long it takes to find it.
If it does freeze the whole coil then you may well have a problem with the defrost heater or defrost thermostat. Both of which need to be intact in order to provide a neutral supply to the fan motor. You can (IF COMPETENT) check that you have resistance across both of these elements. If you have an open circuit on either then that is your problem. (PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE DEFROST THERMOSTAT HAS TO BE BELOW 0'C IN ORDER TO HAVE ZERO RESISTANCE ACROSS IT...I.E. COIL COLD).
Hope this is of some help.

109 is not high and if fan wasnt working would be higher it is working as normal when unit running look under at condenser and observe fan --also move unit more away from wall hot air is drawn in from front and exhausted out back
Many Amana model fridges have the freezer fan wired through the bi-metal thermostat that is clipped to the evaporator. Either your compressor has a bad start device and that is why it is not cooling, or the compressor IS running and the unit has lost its refrigerant charge. Running compressor with no cooling = buy a new fridge.
Compressor hot, but not running = start relay replacement to get the compressor going. Start Device 8201786
when it stops cooling, you will see some ice build up in the freezer. Letting it sit unplugged melts the ice and you will see some water under the fridge. Connect power and it works. Cause: don't overload the fridge and the freezer. Make sure the doors close snugly. Clean all lint build ups by vacuuming under and behind the fridge after switching off power.
IN MOST CASES THERE IS A FAN THAT SENDS COLD AIR FROM THE FREEZER TO KEEP THE FRIDGE COLD. EITHER YOUR FAN MOTOR HAS GONE BAD OR YOUR THERMOSTAT IN YOUR FRIDGE IS BAD.
The buzzing noise is the compressor stalled and trying to start. Is the condensor fan working? (the fan at the back by the compressor) as if it's not it could cause this issue. If the rest of the unit is in good condition then yes I'd replace the compressor as these are normally good models and aren't cheap to buy new. This problem shouldn't happen again if you have a good new compressor installed by an expert. cheers
It sounds like the same problem my brother is having with his. I took it apart and found that the fan that moves all the air for cooling is not working. This fan is behind the bottom panel in the freezer side, and sorry you do have to take everything out to get to it.
I would have the refrigerator checked out. The last place that was worked on would be the starting point to look for a fault. The wires for the compressor operation are located in the same area as the wires for that fan motor that was replaced.
