My SkyScan atomic clock model# 86715 does not show the signal

I have the same model. Make sure you have good batteries and move the clock away from any electrical equipment. Since WWVB broadcasts at a frequency of 60kHz, this could be a harmonic of 60 Hz.

If all else fails, remove the batteries, take the clock outside and reinstall the batteries. If you do this at night you should pick up a signal..

I just had to move my clock out of the computer room and it picked up the signal at noon.

It does that until it receives a signal. Leave it overnight and it will probably get one. Instructions for this clock are at skyscaninfo.com

I just fooled around with the settings on the back of the clock and now I think I have it. It may or may not work.

The outside temp sender won't work. We put new batteries in it, but it does not send a signal. It will not put an outside temp on the clock.

Simple, the instructions state that when changing the batteries on the outside temp. sensor, you must also change the batteries on the main clock unit. I had same problem when I changed the sensor batteries until I pulled the batteries from the clock and it reset fine. ( Sensor batteries first, then clock batteries. ) The clock will reset to atomic time overnight so don't worry if it doesn't read correctly at first.

I have a87900 model skyscan,can;t get it reset after replacing batteries

Just did this after problem resetting after changing batteries, press setover and again til it displays est, then press+until your time zone is displayed, it will also display dst, press +till on/or off depending on your location, then US will appear, clock will then set itself. Good luck, how frustrating.

My minutes are about 15 mins slow. I cannot set it up the extra minutes. When I hit set for the minutes, I try to hit plus to go up, but it does not. Can you help

My clock has been on for months. But the time is now 2 minutes different from my cable tv time. Also 3 minutes different then news Chanel's time. I just changed it to match the cable.
