Every time i power up my laptop it just keeps rebooting.
It sounds like your hard drive has failed. you need to replace your hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

Sometimes the installation of improper drivers would cause your HP
Laptops to reboot.
To verify that you would have to right click on my
computer and on the properties, click on the hardware tab and then
device manager.
By doing so you would see a number of icons and you
would have to update the driver of those icon with red or yellow
signals.
