I have a Nokia 6263. Just a few Minutes ago I had full bars, now it's saying I have no network coverage. It won't let me choose another network either. Help?!
I fixed it. I had uplaoded some music to the mp3 player and it hadn't had a chance to configure. I had to take the battery out a few times but after the 3rd time, it reloaded the new songs, and now I have full coverage. Hopefully this will help someone else out in the future.I fixed it. Set your network to the default one. It might just be the area you are in. There might be something interfering with the signal. If you are in an office or other type of building they might have put in a field on the roof so you cant get signal. try walking around

Network IC Problem. We also faced the same problem here. The Signal Bar shows Full Strength for a few Seconds and immediately drops down to Zero Strength but it Displays the Operator Name.
the 1x refers to your data signal strength. It must say 1XEV to have full coverage. Full coverage allows you to email, txt, etc. It might be the area you are in but if travel around and no changes, check you connections. "Manage Connections", the icon is an antenna, make sure your network check box is checked. if so, scroll down to "mobile network options" and make sure your "data services are on". If it is on, power down the phone, and remove the battery for minimum 2 minutes, then put battery back in and turn on. if you data is still only 1x contact your service provider.
