in the boot behind the cover on tank side there is a lock pin. works with the central locking if it gets stuck. push it back with your finger to open fuel door. some times there is a strap you can pull and it will open the tank door.
The central locking will not work when a door is open. find the door which is ajar and fix the door switch. Could be a stuck switch (either open or shut) May just need a whack with a soft faced hammer on the door frame. Don't hit it too hard you could dent the panels.
If all other locks work with the remote and the inside lock switch then the most likely cause is a stuck lock actuator on the driver's door, the door panel should be removed to check and replace it.
the gas flap is operated with the central locking,stand at rear of car with tailgate open,just inside to the right,under the floormat you will find the central locking pump.but first renew the batteries in the remotes then unlock the car with the key and hold the key over for 30 secs, the windows may go down,
then lock the car with the key and hold over for 30 secs,the windows may go up and the sunroof,if fitted will close,then unlock with remote button held down for 30 secs,this will reset alarm/central locking.
if you need to get to gas flap, pull carpet away in boot behind flap area and pull wire to unlock....
hi this sounds like one of your locks has stuck inside the door, sometimes the locking mechanism gets stuck in the upright position and can not right itself, the only way you might be able to do it for a quick fix is remove the central locking fuse and lock it manually, try locking it from the opposite door that you can not turn the key in that should work, or manually lock the doors from the inside and then lock the last door with the key, then once you have done that try putting the fuse back in and then unlock it, if that does not work you might have to get a garage to remove the door panels and find out which lock is sticking...sorry its not much help but its something you can try.
THE PLUNGER, IE CENTRAL LOCKING MOTOR IN THE DOOR IS STUCK IN THE LOCK POSITION. WHEN THE CENTRAL LOCKING IS OPERATED, CAN YOU HEAR THE MECHANISM IN THE DOOR WORKING? IN NOT YOU WILL HAVE TO REMOVE THE DOOR CARD AND CHECK THE CONECTOR TO THE SOLENOID/PLUNGER.
If the passenger door has not been opened for some weeks or months, or in icy weather, it is possible that the rubber seals around the door frame will cause the door to appear 'stuck' fast - in this case, a bit of extra force from inside the car whilst pulling on the interior door handle should cause the door to open. Failing that, if the car has electrically operated central locking, when the key fob is pressed to deactivate the central locking does the door lock on the passenger side work as expected? Try unlocking the passenger door with a key, and or pull the door lock button upwards to ensure that the lock has been deactivated. Check for blown fuses.
somehow the car when on valet mode, go to a alarm shop , they should be able to re arm your car without to much damage to your pocket, or read your cars manual, it might inform you on how to fix the problem.
