This is often caused by a power outage? what you need to do is reset the main phone controller. perhaps even reprogram it?

This may actually be a job for the telecoms techs actually if you cannot clear this by yourself.

Hi guys, i hope everything ok with you all, the reason i contacting with you is, im live in Tampa Florida by the Tampa International Airport and i do have my own company, but there is anyone who wants to throw away or wanted give it away for free the Norstar Phones M7310 M7324 T7316e and if you have also the Norstar systems 6x16 or 3x8 and doesn't wanted anymore at all because you buy a differents phones and systems or something happen you can donated to us and i can go personal and get it, please we just have 7 oldest M7310 since 1989 and 2 of them starting giving me problems, and i trying many different ways and making a lot phones calls, and there is no Technical Support can help me at all, please there is somebody who live in Tampa or near to Tampa can donated to us the Norstar telephones and the Norstar Systems 6x16 or 3x8 beside throw it away please, there is somebody available, no matter how is the Norstar Meridian telephones looks like and same with the Norstar systems if long is working fine and in good or better or perfect conditions we can accept that with all our heart. Modem keeps blinking a red light then turns to a green and red light
If you are referring to power light, blinking light specially if red indicates hardware damage. powering down the modem for a minute and powering it back on normally stabilizes it but if not normally it needs replacement.

The two short rings is telling you that the call is either a transfered call (answered by someone else and transfered) or answered by an auto attendant and transfered. Watch the ringing phone when the call comes in and see if the intercom LED blinks.
