Hai, Yea that's true Vista sucks.....XP best! If you want to install completely with XP then as usual procedure format the system with your Windows XP CD(C:/ drive only, with FAT32 or NTFS).
I am sorry I just took a look, it appears that most all of the drivers for this model ONLY have Vista drivers. I was unable to find ANY XP drivers from ACer.
If you want to change Windows XP to Vista you should check out the different Vista versions that Microsoft offers, here is a link to the different versions of VIsta that you can get and the upgrade paths you need to take - http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-vista/get/upgrade-your-pc.aspx. You wont need the Windows XP installation disk to upgrade to Vista. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
its better not to change your os, try to work on vista its more user friendly than xp, though you will have difficulty in starting, but sooner you will overcome it
