My toddler keeps getting ahold of my bluetooth, no matter where I put it, she finds it (even if it means pulling a chair over to find it). Then, she drools on it. I have had a few of them now that stop working after she has gotten ahold of them. Is it broke forever or do I have a chance of fixing it?

I took my husband's suggestion and used 0000 and it worked. My husband claims it is the factory default for all bluetooth headsets. Try it and let us know if it works.

Turn your headset off. Then, press and hold the answer/end button until the indicator light is solid lit in blue. It is in paring mode. Now, make your phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a while, the BT-350 should appear on-screen. Select it and command the application to proceed. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). If the pairing proces is successful, the headset should enter stand-by mode. The pairing process is timed. If you fail to complete it, you'll have to start it over, from the phone turned off phase. Once paired, whenever both your headset and your phone's bluetooth radios are turned on, they should connect to each other automatically. Otherwise
