I don't know the radio brand. But generally, some radios are blocked for some time after entering a wrong code. Entering next wrong codes multiplies blocking time. Try to have switched on the blocked radio for longer time, it may offer entering another code. It is a good idea to find out the way how to enter the code before its entering. puk code: 00000 or 12345 or 123123456 or 0000 dont try after this if u get puk code enter is wrong because if u give more than 4times wrong code your sim wil get blocked n you have to buy another sim.so if the 4th time goes wrong go to the nokia gallery and solve it but if u have the nokia manual check in that.
Usually when you enter wrong codes 5 times or so there is a lockout period only after which your correct code will work. I suggest you wait for half an hour and try the correct code. It should work.

yes thats normal when you enter a wrong code. You will have to wait about 2 hours with ignition key on and it will ask for the code again, get the code wrong again and the wait time doubles, from 2 to 4 to 8 hours etc.
