Why is the Hold light blinking?
Hello. It seems your car's 'brake switch' is malfunctioning/defective. That switch is 'coupled' to the 'HOLD' lamp circuit. When the 'brake switch' malfunctions; the 'HOLD' light will stay lit as long as the car is on/running. Good luck and keep me informed; if you want to.

Is the rear brake adjustment lever the same on the RH as The LH
In the grand scheme of things when it comes to rear drums brakes on cars, in theory the drivers side and passenger side should be nearly identical, except they are a mirror image of each other, as in the drivers side is backwards or a mirror image of the passenger side.
I hope this helps
