Maybe your rollers inside the printer that feed the paper in, are not functioning the way they should. This could just simple to fix, or could mean you having to purchase a new printer.

Not sure how you would fix this.

LIFT DOCK (LOOK INSIDE (DEEP INSIDE AND SEE IF YOU SEE THE CARTRIDGE FILM ON A STEEL ROLLER,WRAPPED AROUND IT.)A FLASHLIGHT MIGHT HELP IN THAT STEP).
IF CARTRIDGE IS WRAPPED AROUND TAKE TO SERVICE PROVIDER(I TRIED TO FIX IT LIKE THAT AND IT WAS A HASSEL)
IF NOT WRAPPED AROUND GO TO CARTRIDGE OPEN DOOR/LIFTGREEN TAB UP.SHOULD EJECT(IF NOT TRY A BUTTER KNIFE AND PRY UNDER SLIVER DOT)NOT HARD BUT WITH ALITTLE FORCE SHOULD POP OUT.
REMEMBER TO LIFT GREEN TAB WHILE PRYING.

red light keeps blinking printer dock does not process picture

the jack that is affixed to the board has already been damaged beyond repair, which means that if it were ripped out the odds of micro soldering those connections are not likely, (I've tried similar on cell phones they us a chemical soldering method and precision heating to make the connection, bet bet is to find a camera connection for the camera and transfer pics to the cam to print on the dock.
