Have you moved the lock slider on the side of your card?
If you have encrypted your card, unfortunately there is no help besides reformating it.

Depends on the type of encryption used, you might have to reformat the card, but you lose all the data in the process.
There might be a way to get Pictures off of it by inserting it into a camera, and then copying the pictures to the camera or plug in the cord for the PC and you might be able to access it that way. Be carefull not to format the card in the process.
A hidden application is disrupting your format process download "unlocker" software application from google, install it then right click on the memory card icon you find unlocker option double click n press unlock all after this try formating your memory card will work fine
