TRY GOING TO ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS, COMPUTER MANAGEMENT, UNDER STORAGE CLICK DISK MANAGEMENT. WAIT A FEW SECONDS, THEN ENLARGE THE PAGE, LOOK FOR THE DRIVE, THEN RIGHT CLICK THE DRIVE AND SEE IF THERE IS AN OPTION TO MARK THE PARTITION AS ACTIVE.......OR SEE IF YOU CAN FORMAT FROM THERE AS WELL...............USUALLY NTFS. HOPE THIS HELPS..........JEFFXC

It sounds like you need to format the drive/partition. Right click on MyComputer, choose manage, click storage, click disk management. Find the unpartitioned space. Right click on it and choose format and give it a drive letter.
i cannot actually get what is the problem here but if you trying to ask how to format the mmc you can use a card reader that has an MMC slot. this can be displayed automatically on your windows explorer. right click and choose format to format the MMC.
