Buzzing plenum heater

We have a plenum heater that periodically makes a VERY LOUD buzzing noise (lasts from 15-60+ seconds). It happens when the furnace comes on and seems as though a switch is getting stuck. It will continue to have a low buzzing noise for several minutes. Any ideas?

Our refrigerator does a very loud buzzing for 5 seconds 3 or 4 times a day what is the problem its only 3 months old and very annoying

Normally as loud buzzing from the fridge on that frequency it just the icemaker cycling, the water inlet solenoid valve often makes a buzzing noise depending upon water pressure. Other than the noise, there is nothing to worry about.

Carrier 58GS150-CB ignites but fan will not blow (Loud Buzzing)

The loud buzzing soud i found to be the fan blower motor. I removed the fan bracket assembly and sprayed a little WD-40 on the set screws and protruding shaft so that sqirrel cages could be removed. (Also marked position of set screws on shaft) once squirrel cages were removed I removed 4 motor mounting bolts. Cleaned sqirrel cages and housings with industrial strenghth rim cleaner to remove solid dirt and will replace motor and capacitor.
BTW thanks for nothing

Washing machine makes buzzing noise

Check the water pump for an obstruction in the chamber area, your pump may be sticking and that will cause the buzzing sound. The water pump runs during the fill portion of the cycle on several of the selected wash cycles to recirculate the water.

A buzzing noise

Why do you say put in line to stop the buzzing? What is it that tells you the wire is creating the buzz?

It could be anything from a loose sheet metal part, rivet, fan, transformer, loose connection, or just the way it was built, although a loud buzz sounds like a problem waiting to happen to me.

No there is nothing to put in line to make it quit buzzing, I need to know all the information about the device, voltage, amps, brand, and then tell me how it is wired including number of wires, size of wires, voltage, how it is wired to what colors, how far from breaker, what breaker and size, and anything else that seemed unusual to you during install if anything.

Write me back here or allexperts.com or [email protected].

Loud periodic buzzing

Are you sure this noise is not just the ice maker trying to cycle without water? If it is not turned off it will dry cycle every 15 min or so.
