If the problem is same with different input devices and you have ensured the are no loose contacts in power outlet, RC jack, cable and sockets, the TV needs servicing.

you should clean the pedal switch with a contact cleaner .spray it on the switch and push the switch repeatedly to clean the contact much better if you replace the switch with anew one.there is also a trimmer pot at the circuit board of your reverb adjust it slowly to then return to its original position just to renew the contacts..you can use electra contact cleaner.it is available at hardware and electrical supply..
