Washer won't drain or spin
• Is the drain hose clogged, or the end of the drain hose
more than 96" (2.4 m) above the floor?
• Is your voltage low?
Check electrical source or call electrician. Do not use an
extension cord.
• Is the "SUD" routine active?
Cycle will complete once extra suds are removed.
• Is the load balanced?
A single or bulky item may cause imbalance. Add more items
or redistribute the load.
The F50 error code indicates a stalled motor failure. Open the lid
& see if the spin basket rotates freely. Look on the floor under
the washer to be sure nothing has gotten in the way of the motor rotor.
If everything looks good, you will need to have the motor checked with
a meter to determine the diagnoses. Usually this type of failure will
either be the motor assembly or a control board issue.
The F54 fault code indicates that the control board senses high motor current. This can be caused by excessive friction in the spin basket. With the washer off, open the lid and see if the basket spins freely. If not, you may need to remove the basket and check for an item stuck between the spin basket and the outer washer tub. The second and third images show procedures for removing the basket on the Oasis washer depending on whether you have an impeller or agitator in your model. If the basket spins okay, then you can follow the technical troubleshooting described in the first image. This may help you determine the cause of your washer problem.

Hi! ricksmith What is the first three digits of the model number. The he4t I have reference to does not have a "F" code error. Most of the codes are two digit, PF, F1 to F9 etc. You could try: Pressing Pause/Cancel two times to clear code. As well as unplug for 20 seconds. Do you have power fluctuations in your area.
