First, have you reviewed the posts here:

I just have, but based on a bit of web research, I'm not at all in a hurry to believe that your SAMSUNG-D600 does NOT accept larger than 1GB cards. Why?:

http://cgi.ebay.com/2GB-MICRO-SD-MEMORY-CARD-FOR-CELL-PHONE-SAMSUNG-D600_W0QQitemZ200281544718QQcmdZViewItem
This vendor offers a "2GB MICRO SD MEMORY CARD FOR CELL PHONE SAMSUNG D600". For what it's worth, he's been in business since 1999, and has a no-less than 100% positive feedback rating from his buyers ... relatively VERY impressive. I would suggest potentially contacting them for a bit of advice.

http://www.photographyreview.com/mfr/samsung/camera-phones/The
"The D600 is ... successor to the Samsung D500 which was also sharing the same design ... The memory card also has been changed to TRANSFLASH ...". TransFlash and microSD cards are the same (each can be used in devices made for the other). Is your 2GB card tpye TransFlash/microSD? If not, there's likely your answer.

I would also suggest a visit or call to one of your more reliable, tech-savvy brick-and-morter cell phone stores in your area that carries the SAMSUNG line of products. I presume you don't have any assocaited tech documenation, but I would hope they would be able to wrangle it up for your exact model, which should in turn clear things up.

Also, it is possible the card you're using has failed. If you can get access to any other phone that accepts 2GB TransFlash/microSD cards, plug 'er in and see if you get same error. If so, it's all but a ceratainty it's a failed card.

Not a definitive solution to your problem I know, but I hope this helps you get there.

A 2gb memory card says memory full tried it in

No, that camera works with the 2gb cards just fine. You will want to try to format the card in your computer first, then try it in your camera (format it in the camera before using). If it doesn't format in the computer, it is a bad card.

Kodak c310 camera won't format new SD 2GB card old card same size

Older C310s won't take that large a card. Try to exchange it for a 1 GB or smaller. I had the same problem - a PNY 1 GB works fine

D600 MP3 Problem

The max allowed limit (supposedly) for an SD mini card for a D600 is 1gb. Have you formatted your card? If so and you're still having this problem, the 2gb probably won't work.
